Ann and Paul had been in their Terrigal home for more than 30 years. Terrigal access is not easy, and the truck had to park at the bottom of the driveway. Kahl and Darryl filmed this with them in the empty new home the same afternoon.

Paul’s first worry on the morning was the size of the truck. “Knowing how much stuff we had, are we going to fit all this in?” It went in one load. “You were reassuring, you were composed. There was no rush to handle the gear. Nothing was damaged.”

“I was very worried about the driveway, because we have had some negative experiences, but the boys handled it with ease, with professionalism. The whole job was completed by 2:30.”
